Vioxis accepts returns or exchanges only if the product has a manufacturing defect or functional issue. Since all leather products are made from genuine leather, natural marks or slight texture variations are not considered defects.

Return/Exchange Eligibility: Only for items with verified manufacturing defects or problems.
Request Window: Must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.
Delivery Check: Customers may check the product in front of the delivery/courier person. However, instant return to the courier is not allowed. If any manufacturing defect or suspected fake leather is noticed, customers must contact our support team with photos for verification and further action.
Process: Share order details and clear evidence of the issue with support.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
Not Eligible: Used products, personalized items, or issues not related to manufacturing defects.
