Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Cancellation Request

To request an order cancellation, customers should contact Vioxis Customer Support as soon as possible and provide their order number along with the reason for cancellation.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order will be cancelled.

Approval of Cancellation

All cancellation requests are reviewed individually.

Vioxis reserves the sole right to approve or decline any cancellation request based on the order status, processing stage, inventory allocation, and other relevant circumstances.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit generally cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy or Refund Policy, where applicable.

Promotional & Customized Orders

Orders placed during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, limited-edition releases, or customized/personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation unless otherwise approved by Vioxis.

Refund After Cancellation

If an approved cancellation involves a prepaid order, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Company's Rights

Vioxis reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion in situations including, but not limited to:

Pricing or technical errors.

Product unavailability.

Suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment verification issues.

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where applicable, customers will be notified, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
