Return & Exchange Eligibility

Inspection & Approval

Exchange Process

If an exchange request is approved, Vioxis will arrange a replacement of the same product or another available product of equivalent value, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, Vioxis may offer an alternative solution at its discretion.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If Vioxis determines that the error originated from our side, the applicable return or replacement shipping cost may be covered by Vioxis.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, any applicable shipping or handling charges may be deducted or charged before processing any future request.
