Warranty Coverage

Vioxis provides a Limited One (1) Year Warranty from the date of delivery against verified manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies only to defects resulting from faults in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.

What Is Covered

Subject to inspection and approval by Vioxis, the warranty may cover:

Stitching defects caused by manufacturing.

Hardware defects (such as buttons, snaps, or metal fittings) resulting from manufacturing faults.

Manufacturing defects in leather construction.

Structural defects that occur under normal use due to workmanship.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Natural aging, softening, stretching, or patina of genuine leather.

Minor variations in leather texture, grain, or color, as these are natural characteristics of genuine leather.

Scratches, cuts, burns, stains, water damage, ink marks, chemical damage, or exposure to excessive heat or sunlight.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, improper storage, overloading, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers should contact Vioxis Customer Support and provide:

Order number or proof of purchase.

A description of the issue.

Clear photographs or videos showing the defect.

Any additional information requested by our support team.

Inspection & Evaluation

Every warranty claim is reviewed individually.

Where necessary, customers may be requested to return the product for inspection.

The determination of whether a defect is covered under this warranty shall be made solely by Vioxis after inspection.

Warranty Resolution

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Vioxis may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product.

Replace the product with the same model.

Replace it with an equivalent product if the original model is unavailable.

Offer another appropriate solution deemed reasonable by the company.

The specific remedy will depend on product availability, the nature of the defect, and other relevant circumstances.

Shipping Costs

For approved warranty claims, Vioxis may cover repair or replacement shipping costs where appropriate.

In other situations, customers may be responsible for applicable shipping charges.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Vioxis.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not guarantee that the product will never show signs of natural aging or wear.

Company's Rights

Vioxis reserves the right to approve or reject any warranty claim based on product inspection, available evidence, and the terms of this Warranty Policy.

Any attempt to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent claims may result in denial of warranty service.
